We are looking for a meticulous, process driven, pro-active person who is not shy about his/her opinion to join our team as an Office Manager. You will be in charge of running our office smoothly and supporting our operation efficiently.
Soft Skills Required
Highly organised, detail oriented with a strong sense of ownership, you love to design and put processes in place, and are not afraid to ensure everyone follows them.
You have the capacity to prioritise tasks, and has strong oral and written English and Chinese skills.
- Developing and implementation new administrative system
- Book-keeping, recording expenditure, managing payroll
- HR record keeping, tracking appraisals
- Answering phone calls & fielding online enquiries
- Maintaining company website and social media pages
- Running the office from 9:30am to 6:30pm with one hour lunch, Monday to Friday
- Using a range of cloud based office software such as Gmail for Business, Dropbox, Basecamp, Skype, spreadsheets and databases
- Web-related software such as WordPress and MailChimp
- Comfortable working on a Mac
