Cathay Pacific Catering Services (CPCS) wanted to open up its supply chain for the average consumers so that they could benefit from the extremely efficient and hygienic sourcing operation it had in place for years.
Our task was to establish an e-Commerce storefront with the right brand positioning that appeals to its target customers, innovations that differentiate it from the competitions, and the right backend platform that works with their newly established warehouse.
Targeting the brand’s key market in Hong Kong, we selected Facebook as the main communication platform.
Facebook only online shopping discounts was the key driver of fan growth and engagement.
