Enhancing eCommerce sales effectiveness

Medeis is a local brand that offers a variety of facial masks in different colors. Their primary sales channel is their online shop, and their sales depend heavily on website traffic and conversions. However, in a declining market, their biggest challenge is to differentiate themselves from the competition and drive high-quality traffic to their website.

To address this challenge, we created a series of targeted ads on various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, Yahoo Native Ad, Google & Yahoo Search. Our ads aimed to raise awareness of Medeis among potential customers who are already searching for masks, as well as those who are not yet familiar with the brand. We also used email marketing and ad-retargeting to engage with our recruited customers. By optimizing our tactics at every stage of the marketing funnel, we were able to enhance the effectiveness of our promotions.
One of the distinctive features of Medeis’ products is the 6mm thick earloop of their masks. To set them apart from their competitors, we highlighted and emphasized this feature in our communications in various formats.
