When we met Silverlit 9 years ago, they were a group of traditional marketers who did not have much understanding of digital marketing. We started small by building their first Facebook fan page, and when they started receiving positive WOM, they began to have more trust in digital. Since then we developed new digital channels to promote their sub-brands, e.g. email marketing, eCommerce website, PPC advertising, search.
