Recruiting high quality, like-minded agents
AXA Associates used to recruit new agents through individual agents’ personal connections, and by converting interns who had participated in the Internship Programmes.
Whilst the programmes had some success, they were not tied to the AXA Associates brand which caused a disconnection with the target audience. There was also no public channel to do direct recruitment as a company.
